We hope the SAP solutions will enable Energypac to fundamentally shift its core systems and put it on a path to becoming a true competitive player in the global market."

Shameem Ahsan said, “eGeneration’s vision is to develop Bangladesh as a hub for SAP consulting services. Last year, Indian SAP Partner companies generated about US $40 billion dollars of export revenues from SAP consulting services. If Bangladesh develops a workforce of 7-8 thousand certified in SAP, we can export US $1 billion dollars’ worth of SAP consulting services. Also, the local business conglomerates pay foreign SAP consultants thousands of crores Taka for their support every year. While all these capital being taken out of country, these consultants consciously prevent any scope for knowledge-transfer to local consultants. eGeneration is working to build local substitute of this import and also create employment opportunities through developing local certified resources in SAP.”
