The 2 Hour Job, country’s first online job marketplace for women, launched an online learning platform for all with an aim to take online skill training to the grassroots.

“This is such a platform where people from any corner of the country can attain an online certification course. We have launched the program to meet the growing demand of online learning in the country,” said The 2 Hour Job founder Sanjida Khandoker.

Sanjida said a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on January 3 with UY lab in this regard.

“UY lab is one of the best online training centres of the country, which provides training courses on different subjects including digital marketing, website development, networking and video editing. We would make the courses flexible from the aspects of time and budget to reach the fruits of these to all,” Sanjida added.

UY lab chairperson Farhana A Rahman said there is no alternative to skill development for a person according to his/her ability.

“With more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry, I can tell you that we have to introduce online-based classes more across the country to strengthen our outsourcing sector,” Farhana said, adding she is becoming hopeful with the initiatives taken by platforms such as The 2 Hour Job.

The2hourjob.com is such a platform, where women can get job as per their preference and experience sitting in their respective homes, reports BSS.

The website currently has more than 5,000 users, who are availing services like marketing, research, digital and IT support from the platform regularly.

The 2 Hour Job is launching the training course for the first batch of its 2hourlearning program from January 15. People interested to take training have been asked to click on the link below or call 0188-5939494 to register themselves.
