Name of the Position: Communications Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organisation’s philosophy, operations and core priorities, both through work in the head office and ongoing engagement in the field.
- Edit, advise and guide all levels of staff to ensure high-quality English language, strategic direction and consistent messaging in all communications and that all pieces are consistent with BRAC’s core values, brand and central communications policies.
- Increase the visibility of BRAC and its work through independent and co-created content development, including materials for resource mobilisation, social and behavioural change and campaigns, and ensure distribution to key stakeholders.
- Become a valued member of The Good Feed editorial team and support crisis communication.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Media and Communication/ International Development / Development Studies/Marketing/ Development Economics.
- 2 years of experience in international development and communications.
