Bus rams auto-rickshaw, kills three on Dhaka’s Postogola bridge

A bus has rammed an auto-rickshaw on the bridge over the Buriganga River in Dhaka's Postogola, leaving three people dead.

The accident occurred at around 6:00pm on Tuesday, Shyampur Police Station OC Mizanur Rahman confirmed reporters.

All the dead were on the three-wheeler and they died on the spot when the Salsabil Paribahan bus smashed it, reports bdnews24 citing the OC.

The bodies, yet to be identified, were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital mortuary.
