Moderate rain on Eid day likely

Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a many places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions.

Met Office also said a few places over Dhaka and Syhlet divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshshi and Mymensingh divisions will experience moderately heavy falls at places over the country until 6.0 pm Monday, says a UNB report.

Mild heat wave is sweeping over Mymensingh and Syhlet divisions and the regions Tangail, Faridpur, Bogura, Pabna, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Sayedpur, Tetulia, Sathkhira, Jashore and Chuadanga and it may continue at some places.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
