Police arrested five activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) while they were taking preparation to bring out a procession at Hafrasta area in Natore district town.
The arrestees are- Afredi, Jubayer, Sujon, Hira and Murad, reports UNB.
Shahidul Islam Bachchu, BNP district unit vice-president of Natore, said as part of their central programme, the JCD men were gathering in front of the government school at Hafrasta for bringing out a procession on Saturday morning, police arrested them.
Meanwhile, officer-in-charge of DB Saikat Hasan confirmed the matter.
