Mercantile Bank workshop on KYC

Mercantile Bank Limited organised a day-long workshop on ‘Profiling Customers KYC, TP & Risk Grading to prevent bank from fraudulent activities’ at its training institute in Dhaka on Sunday.

A total of 47 officers from different branches of the bank participated at the workshop.

Mati Ul Hasan, Managing Director & CEO (CC) of the Bank, inaugurated the workshop and delivered his speech advising the participants to strictly abide by the legal and regulatory framework and operating guidelines of KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, transaction profiling and risk grading to safe guard bank from fraudulent activities.

Javed Tariq, Principal of MBTI, was also present on the occasion.
