The Board of Directors of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the shareholders for the year 2019 subject to approval at the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the board of directors through virtually on Monday with its Chairman S. M. Amzad Hossain in the chair. The Bank’s Vice-Chairman Talukdar Abdul Khaleque, other Directors, Managing Director & CEO Tariqul Islam Chowdhury attended the meeting. The meeting approved the audited financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2019. The Board also decided to hold 7th Annual General Meeting of the Bank on August 18, 2020.
