The qualifiers in group-A took a dramatic turn as Namibia was able to pull off a surprise against Netherlands.
Now the equation of group-A is something like this-- Sri Lanka already qualified; Netherlands already knocked-out. And one of Namibia and Ireland will go through. As these two face each other this afternoon, the game is drawing attention.
Namibia will be coming to this game with enormous confidence after successfully chasing 164 against Netherlands, the highest successful chase so far in the tournament-- the highest in their history.
Ireland, on the other hand, after such a dominating win against the dutch-- were brought down to the earth by SriLanka. They will also be desperate to turn things around and play in the next round of World T20 for the first time after 2009.
Ireland are favourite on paper. But in such a game where the pressure is maximum and stake is higher, nobody can be clear favourites.
