Agricultural Marketing Company Limited (AMCL PRAN) has declared 32 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2017-2018.
The approval of the dividend came during the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at Fuzi Trade Centre in the capital’s Badda today (Thursday), according to a press statement.
Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, MA Mannan, Independent Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Marketing Director and Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholder’s attended the AGM.
Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
