WMSL approves 20pc stock dividend

Western Marine Shipyard Ltd has approved 20 per cent stock dividend for the shareholders in its annual general meeting for the year 2017-18.

The 18th AGM of the WMSL was held at the Shaheen Golf and Country Club in Chattogram city on Tuesday with its chairman Saiful Islam in the chair.

Managing Director Sakhawat Hossain, directors and many shareholders were present in the meeting.

The meeting also approved directors' report, audited financial report for the year, appointment and re-appointment of directors and appointment of the auditor for 2018-19 fiscal year.
