IPDC Finance Limited has recently held its 14th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at Spectra Convention Centre at Gulshan-1 area in the capital.
A large number of shareholders attended the meeting held today (Wednesday), according to a press statement.
The Board of Directors who represented the majority shareholders of BRAC, Aga Khan Foundation, Government of Bangladesh and RSA Capital, were present among others in the meeting.
Mominul Islam, Managing Director and CEO, Samiul Hashim, Company Secretary and other senior officials of the Management Committee of IPDC Finance Limited also attended the function.
