Walton has introduced its latest invention ‘Big Screen Multi-touch Compo-TV’, the first of its kind in Bangladesh.
A consumer can control all functions of the television by just touching its screen. Moreover, the television can be used as a digital board to write on its screen or to use it as presentation screen at office or at home.
It also has a feature to use various social, communication, business or entertainment apps, including Facebook, Viber, says a media release.
The new kind of television also features an option to do video chatting, or to play different touch-based games on the big screen.
Walton will show its research and development (R&D) department-invented multi-touch Compo Television at the upcoming trade fair.
The local electronics giant recently organised ‘Introducing and Design Award-2017’ at its corporate office in Dhaka city and awarded its R&D department ‘Design Award-2017’.
Mostofa Nahid Hossain, Additional Director of Walton Television, who spoke at the award-giving ceremony, highlighted various technical and mechanical aspects of the big screen multi-touch Compo Television.
Amdadul Haque Sarker, Executive Director (Marketing) of Walton group, Dr Md Shakhawat Hossain, Additional Operating Director of the group, Md Neamul Haque, Chief Marketing Officer of Sales & Development Department of Walton Plaza, among others, were present.
