Inner Wheel Bangladesh, a women's voluntary service organisation, arranged its 4th Annual District Conference at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden recently.
Over 200 members of 33 IW clubs from across the country participated the conference held on 10th January.
The members also celebrated the International Inner Wheel Day the same day.
Dr Kapila Gupta, President of International Inner Wheel, was present in the programme as chief guest, says a press release.
Dilruba Ahmed, former Board Director of International Inner Wheel and Sharmin Hossain, Dist Chairman of IW (Dist. 345) also joined the function.
Inner Wheel clubs’ member across 103 countries run various social and humanitarian projects aimed at helping the distressed humanity, especially women folk of the society and make them self reliant.
Over 2000 members are currently rendering their voluntary services through their respective clubs under two Inner Wheel districts in Bangladesh.
