It is a competition where participants introduce their creative and sustainable business ideas. "Business that Empowers" is the theme for this year's event conveying the message to the responsible citizens of tomorrow to think with empathy, work with an aim of welfare and empowering women and minorities.

The prime goal of the event is to encourage the youths to develop innovative and entrepreneurial mindset through brainstorming and discovering the next generation leaders inside them. The process also motivates the young participants to be self-resilient, determined and ready to face challenges. The event was conducted online this year due to safety issues.

Same tone was reiterated by Atika Bashashat Tanzeem, the president of BUET EDC.
