Five people have been killed after a passenger bus rammed into a stationary pickup truck in Faridpur's Bhanga Upazila.
The accident occurred around 8pm on Saturday in the Suadi area, said Bhanga Highway Police chief Helal Uddin.
Following the crash, an agitated mob set the bus on fire, completely destroying the vehicle, he said.
