Bangladesh Coast Guard ship Tuesday ‘Tajuddin’ left Chattagram CG Berth Patenga for goodwill visit in India.

During its visit, the ship will stay in Chennai and Visakhapatam ports of India, said a press release.

Coast Guard ships of Bangladesh and India visit the two countries each year in line with the agreement signed between Bangladesh and the Indian government in 2015.

During this time, training of Coast Guard personnel (conducting rescue operations in the sea, to prevent environmental pollution), and mutual understanding will be given priority over the issues including joint exercises.
