A three-phase horticultural exposition will begin in Khulna, Jhenidah and Jessore districts from Thursday.
Crosswalk Communications, will organise the fairs with the support of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Department of Agricultural Extension(DAE).
ACI Agribusinesses will sponsor the event that aims to enrich farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs with the knowledge of latest agricultural technologies, innovation and environment friendly practices.
Dr FH Ansarey, Managing Director and CEO of ACI Agribusinesses said, "We have scarcity of land, so we need to know the best use of agricultural land and utilize proper technology and techniques for maximum production.
"This fair will help our farmers and entrepreneurs to learn the importance of agri-technology and how new innovations can increase the productivity of land and ensure optimum outputs," Dr FH Ansarey said.
In Khulna, the fair will be held at Dumuria Shadhinota field on March 1 and 2 where Mohammad Ashek Hasan, Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Khulna Executive Magistrate of Dumuria, will inaugurate the ceremony at 10 am.
Nazrul Islam, Upazilla Agriculture Officer of Dumuria will attend the ceremony as special guest.
In Jhenaidah, a two-day fair will be held onMarch5 and 6 in Kalicharan Union Parishad field of Kaliganj.
UNB said, another three-day fair will be held in Taora Primary school field of Godkhali in Jessore from March 9 to 11.
The fair will remain open for all from10 am to 7 pm.
