Harun or Rashid, the Additional Commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police's Detective Branch (DB), has been transferred.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md Habibur Rahman announced the transfer of Harun or Rashid through an official order on Wednesday.
Harun has been reassigned from his position as Additional Commissioner of the Detective Branch (DB) to Additional Commissioner (Crime) of DMP.
The responsibility of the DB has been assigned to another Additional Commissioner of DMP, Md Ashrafuzzaman, who was previously in charge of Logistics, Finance, and Procurement.
Additionally, Additional Commissioner (Crime and Operations) Khandaker Mahid Uddin has been appointed to handle the Logistics, Finance, and Procurement responsibilities.
