Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested Rashiduzzaman Morol, a former Member of Parliament for Khulna-6, who faces multiple charges related to violence and the use of explosives.
Rashiduzzaman was arrested early Wednesday during a joint operation by RAB-6 and RAB-8 in the Mahipur area of Patuakhali district, reports UNB citing a statement from ASP Imran Khan, spokesperson for the RAB headquarters media wing.
The former MP is currently implicated in three separate cases involving violent activities and explosives.
