The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited (BD Finance) was held at BCIC auditorium, Dhaka on Monday.
Manwar Hossain, Chairman of BD Finance presided over the meeting. The AGM approved 10 per cent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year ended 2018, said a statement.
The meeting was attended, among others, by Vice Chairman of the company Khondker Fazle Rashid, Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed, Geasuddin Ahmed, Ansar Uddin Ahmed, Md. Abul Quasem, Yousuf Aman, Imtiyaj Yousuf, Ihtiaj Yousuf, Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO and Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director. Company Secretary Munshi Abu Naim ACS conducted the meeting.
Md. Sajjadur Rahman Bhuiyan, CFO A.S.M. Tariqul Islam, Head of HRD & Major Khaled Saifullah (Retd) along with other high officials were also present on the occasion. A good number of shareholders attended the meeting.
