Alliance Finance PLC (AFPLC), a joint venture finance company with foreign collaboration, held its sixth board meeting of the year on Sunday (September 29) at its head office in Gulshan, using a hybrid mode. Board members from Sri Lanka, the USA, Thailand, and Bangladesh participated through a virtual platform, according to a media statement.
The meeting was chaired by Jowher Rizvi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AFPLC.
Among other directors, Chairman of Peoples Leasing and Finance PLC of Sri Lanka, Pradeep Amirthanayagam, COO of Peoples Leasing & Finance PLC of Sri Lanka, Udesh Gunawardena, Chairman of Rabab Fashions, Lutfe M Ayub and CEO of AFPLC, Kanti K Saha attended the meeting physically while other Directors joined through a virtual platform
