Ashraf Uddin Ahmed Khan joins BSCIC as chairman

Mr Ashraf Uddin Ahmed Khan, the newly appointed chairman of the Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC), assumed his position on October 1, 2024. He was warmly welcomed by all BSCIC officers and employees with bouquets of flowers, says a press release.

Ashraf Uddin Ahmed Khan joined the 13th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Administration Cadre on April 25, 1994. He hails from Dali village in Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria district. He completed his BSc (Honours) and MSc in Mathematics from Dhaka University in 1986 and 1987, respectively. In 2011, he earned an MBA from Northern University.
