BARVIDA condoles death of Saadat Hussein

Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importers and Dealers Association (BARVIDA) has condoled the death of Dr Saadat Hussein, the former cabinet secretary and also an ex-chairman of National Board of Revenue (NBR). In a statement, BARVIDA president Abdul Huq said late Dr Saadat played a very important role during his tenure as chairman of NBR to significantly reduce the tax on reconditioned vehicles. His bold step in this regard helped develop the reconditioned vehicles business. BARVIDA leaders prayed for the salvation of the departed soul of Dr Saadat Hussein and expressed deep sympathy to his family members.
