British American Tobacco Bangladesh PLC has once again been recognized as a Top Employer by the globally renowned Top Employers Institute, becoming the only organization in Bangladesh to achieve this prestigious certification for the seventh time.
The Top Employers Institute is a global authority that recognizes organizations demonstrating outstanding HR strategies and people practices, according to a media release.
Through its rigorous assessment process, organizations around the world are evaluated across multiple criteria, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing, the release says.
BAT Bangladesh has ranked among the highest scorers across all categories amongst the organizations assessed, reflecting their commitment towards driving best-in-class people strategy and continuous efforts to create an environment where individuals and teams can succeed, according to the release.
Over the years, the organization has continued to strengthen its people’s agenda through initiatives focused on leadership development, digital transformation of HR processes, employee wellbeing and meaningful employee engagement, the release adds.
