Shahjalal Islami Bank donates Tk 100m to PM's relief fund

Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd has donated Tk 100 million  (10.00 crore) to Hon’ble Prime Minister's Relief & Welfare Fund to help flood-affected people.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina took part in the ceremony through digital platform on Monday, according to a media release.

Chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited Mohammed Younus handed over the cheque of Tk 10.00 crore to the Principal Secretary of Prime Minister Dr Ahmad Kaikaus in a ceremony held at the PM's office.

At the ceremony, the Chairman of Bangladesh Association of Banks Md Nazrul Islam Mazumdar was also present.
