The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank PLC was held on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 at 11.00 am through a digital platform.
Maj General Mohd Hossain Al Morshed, ndc, afwc, psc, Vice Chairman of the Bank, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
Among others, members of the Board Brig Gen Md Shahadat Sikder, BGBMS, BGOM, ndc, afwc, psc; Brig Gen Shams Mohammad Mamun, ndu, psc; Brig Gen Md Ehsanul Haque, SGP, SUP (BAR), afwc, psc, PhD; Brig Gen Md Rashidul Islam, SUP, ndu, afwc, psc, M Phil; Brig Gen Sultanul Afrain Zunaid, SUP; Brig Gen Hasan Mahmud, hdmc, afwc, psc; Mr. Anisuddin Ahmed Khan (Independent Director); Mr. Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director and Mr. Unmesh Ray Himel, Company Secretary (Acting) were also present in the meeting.
Besides this, a significant number of shareholders also joined the meeting.
The meeting, among other agenda, approved 13% Dividend (8.00% Cash and 5.00% Stock) for the year ended on 31 December 2025.
