Supply Chain Alliance is all set to bring forth Rookies Inception 3.0, an exclusive business case competition for the freshpeople and sophomores of the Faculty of Business Studies at the University of Dhaka.
As the early junctures of university life often pose formidable challenges, embarking on a new academic journey can be very intimidating for newbies. The peer pressure to make a mark in the competitive landscape only grows stronger with each step they take towards their professional lives.
Supply Chain Alliance, committed to empowering and elevating students towards gaining professional eminence, initiated this competition to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
Through the years, Rookie's Inception has fostered confidence, leadership, and innovation. It also serves as a platform for newcomers to engage in problem-solving analysis of the corporate world.
This event is going on from January 26 to February 17, with two workshops and three rounds of intense competition to stimulate and challenge the participants' intellect.
The competition will begin with a thorough workshop offering insights into supply chain management. A follow-up workshop session will be held before the second round to encourage and provide the participants with holistic support. In the grand finale, the qualified participants will cover a face-to-face business case presentation.
The winning teams of the quest will receive not only certificates and crests but also exciting gifts from partners, along with a prize pool of TK 25,000, Tk 12,000, Tk 8,000, and Tk 5,000.
Also, to sweeten the contestants' experience, each participant will receive an exclusive "20 per cent discount coupon" from their food partner, "Plate Mate," and a flat 10 per cent discount on any purchase from the gadget partner, 'Jantra Bazar'. In addition, some surprise gifts await to enliven the participants throughout the competition.
