DU ‘Gha’ unit admission test re-held

The 'Gha' unit test for admission into first year Honours courses under the Social Science faculty for 2018-19 academic session of Dhaka University (DU) was re-held on Friday.

The one-hour test was held from 3pm to 4pm at 19 centres on the university campus.

A total of 18,463 students who passed the admission test held on October 12 sat for the retake against 1,615 seats, reports UNB.

DU Vice-chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, Pro-VC (Administration) Prof Dr Muhammad Samad, Treasurer Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin, Dean of the Social Science faculty and Coordinator of 'Gha' unit admission test Prof Sadeka Halim and Proctor Prof AKM Golam Rabbani visited different examination halls at Social Science building of the university.
