EWU workshop on ‘agro biz supply chain’

EWU Agro Industrialisation Club recently organised a workshop on “Agro Biz Supply Chain”.

Participants of “EWU Supply Chain Challenge 2.0 Powered by PFEC Global”, the nation's biggest inter-university agro based supply chain competition attended the event, said a statement.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Nahid Hasan Khan, Head of Career Counseling Centre and Advisor, Department of Student’s Welfare, East West University.

Supply chain expert Rokeya Sultana, CSCM was the Resource Person for the workshop.

"This event is a great initiative taken by the EWU Agro Industrialization Club as it is not only beneficial for the participants regarding the competition but also helpful to understand the importance of supply chain management in our agricultural industry," said a statement.

Around 180 participants from 79 registered teams attended the workshop.

Moderators, Executives, Secretaries, general members of the club were present on the occasion.

This year East West University Agro Industrialisation Club arranged the competition for the second time and 252 teams from 31 public and private universities of Bangladesh are taking part in the competition.
