Islamic University entry tests to begin from Dec 1

The admission tests for the first year honours courses under 2017-18 academic session of Islamic University (IU), Kushtia will begin on December 1 and will continue till December 5.

The entry tests will be held under four shifts in a day, a news agency reported Tuesday citing IU registrar office sources.

According to the sources, the first shift will start from 9:00am to 10:00am while the second shift from 11:00am to 12:00pm. The third shift will start from 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and fourth shift from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.

A total of 87,368 admission seekers have applied for the tests, said IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif.

IU proctor Prof Dr M Mahbubar Rahman said that all kinds of electronic devices including calculator, mobile phone, and memory attached watch will not be allowed in the examination hall.
