Your comfort ramen recipe at home

1. Chili oil Ramen

The broth of the ramen is the key to making a perfect ramen bowl. First, pour the ramen sauce and herbs into a bowl; add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. Mix all the ingredients. 

Then, add finely chopped garlic, chilli flakes, and sesame seeds. In another pan, heat the 4 teaspoons of oil. Pour the hot oil into the bowl. A nice sizzle sound would take place. Give it a good mix. 

Boil the ramen in a decent amount of water. The excess water would be used to make the broth. Then, pour the chilli oil sauce into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Then, serve it with boiled eggs. Garnish it with spring onions.

2. Peanut butter Ramen

Surprisingly, peanut butter and ramen are a good combination. It makes the ramen broth creamy and thick. To make the peanut butter ramen, shallow fry 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic. Transfer the garlic to a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of chilli sauce, half a teaspoon of honey, and half a teaspoon of black pepper. 

Finally, pour the ramen sauce and herbs into the bowl with the ramen. Boil the ramen and drain the water. Do not forget to add a little water from your boiled ramen to the sauce. This ramen would be less soupy, so do not use excess water. Pour the boiled ramen into the sauce and mix it well. The taste will not disappoint you. Garnish it with some roasted peanuts.

3. Cheesy ramen

This recipe is a must if you are a white sauce and cheese lover. First, add some butter to the pan, add chopped garlic, and stir until it's light brown. Then add a teaspoon of flour and stir it again for a bit. Then, gradually add 1 cup of milk with continuous stirring. It will turn into a white sauce. Add the ramen sauce, herbs, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and salt. Then boil the ramen and pour it into the white sauce. Then add some shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 sliced cheddar cheese. Melt the cheese and serve the ramen. This ramen recipe is vibrant and cheesy.

Add some chicken, sausages, prawns, and sautéed vegetables to complement the ramen. To make the ramen with chicken/prawn, marinate boneless chicken/prawn with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, black pepper, lemon juice, chilli powder and salt. Shallow fry it in the pan with a little bit of oil. Then, add the chicken/prawn on top when garnishing. Sausages and vegetables can be sautéed in butter with salt and pepper.
