Three people were killed and four others injured following a head-on collision between a bus and a truck on Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Harotola area of Habiganj Tuesday morning.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately and police are working to trace them.
The accident took place around 8 am when the stone-laden truck collided with a Sylhet-bound bus of 'Shyamoli Paribahan', leaving three bus passengers dead on the spot and four others injured, said Mohammad Jashim Uddin, officer-in-charge of Sayestaganj Highway Police, reports UNB.
