Police arrested 27 people including 20 wanted accused and two accused in regular cases from different areas of Habiganj district in last 12-hour ending at 9:00 am on Tuesday.
Detective Branch (DB) of police sources said, they were picked up from different areas of the district on different charges.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with different police stations against the arrestees, BSS reports.
The arrested were then sent to jail.
