5.2 magnitude earthquake jolts Sylhet

A moderate earthquake jolted different parts of Sylhet on Tuesday morning.

Measuring 5.2 on the Richter Scale, the tremor was felt around 10:08 am, according to Sylhet Met office data.

The epicentre of the quake was in Mawlaik, Myanmar, some 441km East off Dhaka.

However, no damage or casualty was reported following the event, reports UNB.
