Two teenage boys were killed in a motorcycle accident on Durgaspur-Katakhali road in Durgapur upazila.
The accident took place when the bike hit a roadside tree around 7:30 pm, on Saturday night,leaving one dead on the spot and another injured
The deceased were Kawser Hossian, 17, son of Hossian Ali and Mukter Hossian, 17, son of Helal Ali of Saybarh village of the upazila.
The duo, riding on a motorbike, was heading towards Durgapur from Katakhali area, said sub-inspector Mohidul Islam of Durgapur Police Station
When the bike reached Gourihar area, it hit a roadside tree around 7:30 pm, leaving one dead on the spot and another injured, he added, according to news agency.
Initially, the injured was taken to Upazila Health Complex and later, he died on way to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.
