Police recovered 24 crude bombs from Basaid area in Ashulia here on Thursday.
Locals said that they found a black bag in an abandoned condition in the area at noon and found the bombs wrapped with black tape inside it.
Later, they informed police, says a UNB report
On information, a team of police of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) from Dhaka went to the spot and recovered the bombs, said Nahid, sub-inspector of Savar Police Station.
