Vegetable vendor dies as bus rams into human hauler in Bagerhat

A vegetable vendor was killed when a Bagerhat-bound passenger bus rammed into a human hauler on Bagerhat-Khulna road in Fulbari area of Bagerhat Sadar upazila on Sunday morning.

The deceased, Akkas Fakir (36) was the son of Hashem Fakir of Majhidanga village of the upazila.

Lutfor Rahman, Sub-Inspector of Bagerhat Model Police Station said the accident left the driver-cum-vegetable vendor, dead on the spot, reports a local news agency.
