Members of Department of Narcotics Control arrested a college principal with ten pieces of Yaba tablets from Kharail village in Mohanpur upazila of Rajshahi on Saturday.
The detainee was identified as Shamsuzzoha alias Belal, Principal of Mougachhi College in the upazila, reports UNB.
Deputy Director of Rajshahi Narcotics Control Department Lutfar Rahman said tipped-off, a team headed by Mohanpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer Anwar-ul-Hanif conducted a drive in the area and held Belal with the Yaba tablets.
