Incidents of killing by mob beating across the country decreased significantly in 2018 compared to the period of 2017, according to a report by an independent rights body.
As many as 37 people were killed in 2018 while it was 50 in 2017, revealed the date by Ain o Salish Kendra.
The highest number of incidents of killings took place in Dhaka while the lowest number of killing by mob occurred in Mymensingh.
21 people were murdered in Dhaka division by mob. In Mymensingh the number was one.
