Road Transport Minister Obaidul Quader on Tuesday ordered the authorities concerned to complete the repair of roads and highways damaged by flood at least a week before the Eid-ul-Azha.
He gave the instruction at an urgent meeting at the ministry on Tuesday, reports UNB citing a press release issued by the ministry.
The ongoing flood has damaged roads and highways in a number of districts across the country and interrupted road communication.
