A case was filed in connection with the 'gang-rape' of a female garment worker at Natunpara in Savar’s Hemayetpur on Sunday.
The victim filed the case with the Savar Model Police Station on Sunday morning, said Golam Nabi, in-charge of Savar Model Police Station.
Earlier on February 14, a female garment worker was gang-raped by miscreants at Sadhapur area in the city on Friday night.
Family members of the victim said she joined Jisan Garment in the area four months back where she became acquainted with Rakib.
On the Valentine's Day, Rakib called the girl to a place where Rakib along with his eight friends raped her in turns, reports UNB.
She was then sent to One-stop crisis centre for medical test.
