The husbands of female government employees will receive pension for lifetime if they do not marry after the death of their wives.
They will receive the money under the family pension facility.
To this end, Finance Division issued a circular on Wednesday.
It replaced section 'cha' of family pension facility with the changed one to ensure availability of equal service of family pension for both men and women employees.
