ICC official calls on JS speaker in The Hague

Motoo Noguchi, chair of the Board of Directors of the Trust Fund for Victims at the International Criminal Court (ICC), called on Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury at her hotel suite in The Hague, Netherlands on Tuesday.

During the meeting, the ICC official apprised Dr Chaudhury about the activities of trust fund, how the victims of international criminal crimes get legal assistance under the fund.

Speaker thanked the board chair of the Trust Fund for Victims and lauded its contribution in ensuring justice for the victims, reports BSS.

Earlier Dr Chaudhury visited Peace Palace at The Hague, where senior legal counsel of International Arbitration Court Grath Shofild held discussion with her.
