RAB arrests man with 40,000 Yaba in Cox’s Bazar

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) have arrested a man along with 40,000 Yaba tablets from Katakhali Purbapara area in Teknaf upazila in Cox's Bazar early Sunday.

The arrestee was identified as Md Abul Hashem, 35.

Mimtanur Rahman, senior assistant director (media) of Rab-7, said on secret information, a team of Rab conducted the drive in a house owned by Mia Hossain and arrested Hashem.

The team recovered the Yaba tablets worth Tk 19.9 million searching a room of the house, reports UNB.
