The 8th Annual General Meeting of NCCB Securities and Financial Services Ltd was held at its Head Office recently.
Md. Amirul Islam FCA, FCS, Chairman of NCCB Securities and Financial Services Ltd presided over the meeting.
Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank was present as bank representative while Md. Nurun Newaz Salim was present as Shareholders Director of NCCBSFSL.
Beside, S. M. Abu Mohsin, Yakub Ali Montu, Khairul Alam Chaklader & Abdus Salam were present as Nominee Director of NCCBSFSL along with Sohela Hossain, Vice-Chairman, K. M. A. Haroon & Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, Directors of the Bank were also present at the AGM, said a statement.
The Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended on December 31, 2017 along with the Directors & Auditors report thereon placed before at the AGM were duly approved by them.
