Bangladesh footballers have won the SAFF Under-15 Championship beating Pakistan.
After the game was tied at 1-1, the Bangladesh boys held their nerve in tiebreakers to snatch their victory, reports bdnews24.com.
Goalkeeper Md Mehedi Hasan was once again the star of the show. After saving two against India, the substitute saved an astonishing three against Pakistan in the final.
This is the second recent title won by the Bangladesh boys team. They had won the Under-16 tournament in 2015.
Earlier, Bangladesh got a 4-2 win against India in semi-final round in Nepal’s ANFA Complex on Thursday.
