Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited paid dividend for the Financial Year 2017 to Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC), 40 per cent shareholder of Novartis Bangladesh, according to a statement.
Dr. Riad Mamun Prodhani, Managing Director of Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited handed over the dividend cheque to Shah Md. Aminul Haq, Chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) at BCIC Headquarter recently.
Among the other officials, Lutfor Rahman, Director (Finance) and Haiul Quaaium, Director (Commerce) of BCIC and Mr. Sazzad Rahim Chowdhury, Finance Director and Company Secretary, Enamul Hasan, Manager Accounts of Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited were present on the occasion.
Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited approved 20 per cent cash dividend during the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 11, 2018.
