United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) recently arranged a certification ceremony for the newly- joined Probationary Officers.
A total of 52 officers graduated after 9 months comprehensive training on General Banking, Credit, foreign trade and essential soft skills interventions aimed at equipping them with the bank's philosophy of developing future leaders.
Mr. Arif Quadri, Additional Managing Director & Head of Human Resources of UCB; Mr. Abul Ali Ahad, Head of Learning & Development of UCB along with key officials of the bank were present at the certification ceremony, said a statement.
