JS speaker congratulates women cricket team

The Jatiya Sangsad Speaker on Monday congratulated Bangladesh women cricket team for achieving a historical victory over India by three wickets in the Asia Cup T-20 cricket final in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Beginning of the House, Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury greeted all the players, coach and officials of the national women cricket team as well as officials of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) concerned with the T20 Asia Cup team.

She said the women cricket team defeated India by three wickets in the final of the T20 Asia Cup to clinch a memorable victory, reports BSS.
